Every item in Listen is classified into topics, and all Listen endpoints filter and group by the topic IDs returned here. Topic IDs are opaque identifiers: pass them exactly as returned and use name for display.

This endpoint replaces the separate Topics, Custom Topics, and Topic Groups listings, which are deprecated.
